The changing pad is made of durable, comfort foam that feels both substantial and soft. The foam is covered by a quilted vinyl layer that is moisture and stain resistant--an obvious necessity in changing pads--but when put to the test, the contoured changing pad beaded moisture and wiped clean with a pass of a cloth. The three-inch beveled sides keep baby in a comfortable and compliant position while changing a diaper. The security strap buckles over the torso to keep baby from rolling and affords peace of mind when turning to grab some wipes. The pad is standard-sized--it generally fits most changing tables, or it can be used on any counter or surface. For stationary use, the changing pad can be screwed to the wall, or take advantage of the non-slipping bottom for use on any surface. The no-skid bottom works exactly as advertised. The contoured changing pad is large enough to accommodate baby until she is a toddler (birth to 24 months). The standard sizing of the pad also means that most generic changing pad covers fit, or you can extend the life of this pad with the Baby Comfort ultra plush changing pad covers (not included). The Velboa fabric--you know, the soft, almost-fur like synthetic fabric that is machine-washable--of the Basic Comfort changing pad covers is also stain resistant, and the covers fit this changing pad like a glove. I purchased this contoured changing pad for my 3rd grandchild because of it's usefulness with my 1st and 2nd grandchildren at their house. The pad lasts for many years - saw two babies grow up to the age when they no longer needed diapers. The babies also feel very secure on this pad due to its contoured design.

I ordered this product to have in place for my baby shower, They never even sent me the product at all. I ordered it three weeks in advance and no one bother to even call me, I had to request a refund and order from another company. Never Again!!!

Excellent item for changing baby. My grandson learned that when he was put on this it meant his diaper was coming off and he would be clean and dry again.

Nothing special, basic and durable. It is cheap and has lasted us so far 6 months without problems. I forsee no issues with it either. We use it everyday several times and my 6 month old seems comfortable. I was debating whether to spend more at a baby super store but there is really no need. I would recommend this one and buy it again if i had to do it over again.

This was a gift from my amazon registry and was too big for my changing table, which would be fine if I could return it and get another one, but this vendor does not put any kind of shipping papers with order numbers or who even bought it for me. I had to call around to my friends to see who got it for me, then call amazon to try to retrieve the order number that you have to have to return it. I talked to a very annoying man who kept telling me that there was a packing slip with an order number and I told him about 12 times there wasn't anything inside the box but the gift. So he gave me this vendor's number because it is out of Amazon's hands, so I called them and they do not answer and do not return phone calls. I am still trying to return it within the 30 day period to avoid a restocking fee and a 60 day period to which I wouldn't be able to return it at all. This review is not so much bad about the changing pad but more so about how annoying it is if you need to return it. MAKE SURE IT WILL FIT YOUR CHANGING TABLE.
